The Umps Link Pendant will work at a range of more than 100 metres from the Hub, comfortably covering most large houses. When you set up your Umps Link, you'll be able to test the range of your Pendant.
No, your Umps Link Pendant will operate for at least two years without charging. We'll get in touch when your Pendant needs to be replaced.
When activated, your Umps Link Hub connects you to our 24/7 Australian-based monitoring centre. A real person will speak with you and provide any necessary support, whether it’s connecting you with a loved one or, in the case of an emergency, dispatching an ambulance.

The Umps Link Pendant has been designed to avoid accidental activations. However, if you accidentally trigger your personal alarm, you can cancel the alert within 10 seconds. Alternatively, you can just let one of our friendly operators know it was unintentional.
Yes. You can pair several Umps Link Pendants to one Hub, allowing multiple people to use your Umps Link at the same time.
